Clear amber color with ivory head. Mild pine, caramel, floral aromas. medium body. Tropical fruit, floral hop flavors with a caramel sweetness--good
Solid piney IPA. Had a good west coast hop crunch. Lots of pine, some citrus, steep backbone. Worked well. WB has some good stuff. AndyW68 (1589) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - JUL 2, 2016
Hazy orange brown. Aroma is nearly pure pine. Taste starts out like a near perfect west coast ipa, but then you are hit by a medicinal bitterness that turned ruined a great pour. Still very good. jbruner (5121) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - APR 17, 2016
Pours a slightly hazy golden brown on tap with thin off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of huge amounts of piney and dank hops over light caramel and biscuit malts. Taste follows, nice fresh resin notes at the brewpub, with a nice malty balance. Bittersweet finish, moderate carbonation, solid IPA. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - APR 15, 2016
Lots of old school bittering hops vibe here. Lots of citrus peel. Soft carbonation. Orange hazy pour with great head and lacing. Bitter finish. Tap at brewpub. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - NOV 7, 2015
On tap @ Wrecking Bar. Wow...apparently nobody paid attention to the "pale" aspect as this is a pretty deep amber colored beer. Okay... It smells alright at least as it has some good fruity hop character and a fair bit of sticky, bitter grapefruit. However, there is the unmistakable goopy, sweet, sticky, caramel malts that I really don’t like in an IPA. Scroll past.

Amber pour light off white head. Carmel hops and some pine. Flavor is pretty malty for IPA but still pretty good. Suttree (6484) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 15, 2015
Orange, with a ring of foam. Smells like citrus, vanilla, toast, then more citrus. Nicely full bodied. Lots citrus and pine, then subtle vanilla and caramel notes. Dry, woody finish. Really hit the spot. JHeath99 (1679) - Warner Robins, Georgia, USA - APR 2, 2015
Tap. Pours a darker golden with a thin layer of creamy off white head. Aroma and taste of bitterness and some citrus. 50belair (3680) - Florida, USA - FEB 16, 2015
On tap at the brewpub. Yellow pour with a white head. Fruity hop aromas. The taste follows suit with a big caramel malt backbone. Good body and mouthfeel. j12601 (13027) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 16, 2014
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a mostly clear amber with a medium sized white head. Bright citrus on the nose, subtle malt behind it. Medium bodied, big bold bitterness right away. Long earthy grapefruit and quinine on the finish. Very tasty.
