2.9
mjs (7768) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 2, 2014
(Bottle, 0.5 l, at Hirsch, Berlin, 20140421) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and mildly butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, sweetness, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A balanced and too sweet helles with long-lasting taste.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht würzig. Geschmack angenehm malzig würzig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Erasmus_ro (3235) - Alabama, USA - NOV 18, 2013
Bottle. 14/11/13. Pours a hale yellow with a quickly dissipating, white head. Aroma is fairly empty and soda-like. Small whiff of pale malts. Taste is a bit skunked. Pale malt, grain. Light grass. Light with good carbonation. Forgettable. Avoid.

2.8
Idiosynkrasie (8197) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 14, 2013
330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Lackadaisical pale malty aroma. Taste is minimally strawy pale malty, subtle scallop sweetness, a touch of floral hop. Not completely dull sweet malty component, nevertheless another boring Helles in the end.

Well, I received this as a gift so I was pretty stoked, but the joy essentially ended there. It was a fizzy lager reminiscent of, dare I even say this, Coors. I was actually quite astonished that it was as stale and crappy as it was. Alas, anything is possible in the world o’ beer. Skip it!

3.1
MiP (16054) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2013
Bottle, 5.0%. Papery aroma with a rough hoppiness. Clear pale yellow colour. big stable chalk white head. The flavour is chalky and refreshing. Citric with a hint of malt. Not bad.

3.2

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with notes of paper and skunk. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with estery notes and a pronounced cardboard finish. Well-balanced and drinkable, if a bit anonymous.
