Zlotta (3421) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - AUG 11, 2017
Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from ’EDEKA Preller’ (Breckerfeld), best before February 2018. Clear, dark reddish amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, slightly malty, a little grassy aroma of caramel, straw, nuts and some leaves. Moderately sweet, malty, a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw, caramel and some nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Amber met een bescheiden crème kraag. Geur en smaak wat muf en moutig en caramel. Ik wordt er niet wild van

WillemsUrenkel (1913) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - MAR 24, 2017
0,33 l Steinie bottle. Clear dark copper in the glass with a small head. Low malty on the nose. Taste tsrats with sweet toasted malt, some fruityness, getting dry. Low present hop. Increasing crainy in the secondpart. Can not really convince.

Bamsen78 (5453) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 3, 2016
Bottle. Pours clear rich amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and yeast, with notes of hops and touches of fruit. Sweetish, malty and bready taste, with notes of caramel and yeast, and bitter touches of hops and metal. Estery and bitter - rather metallic - aftertaste. Drinkable but nothing special.

Erzengel (8897) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JUL 4, 2015
The beer starts fresh and malty. Easy to drink, but grainy-malty. Not too much bitterness with hints of malt and grain. Not too deep.

blackisle (2640) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - DEC 3, 2014
Steinie bottle 33cl. Clear amber brown color, small but consistent off-white head, fair lacing; aroma malty, caramel, light fruity, bread, straw; taste moderate sweet and bitter, malty; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, finish mild bittersweet, light herbal notes; not bad for a contract beer.

Beerhunter111 (21515) - P´Castle, GERMANY - SEP 4, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelbernsteinfarbenes Bier mit ordentlicher beiger Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht nach Karamell, fruchtig. Geschmack fruchtig malzig, Karamell, schwacher Abgang, minimal metallisch.

bartlebier (4032) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2014
33cl bb12/2014, courtesy of idiosynkrasie, danke. Brown-amber pour, nose tart grains as in fresh rustic bread loaf, with some soggier malts. Taste is mainly more roasted bread crust, with caramalts not becoming too dully sweet and shy complementary hop spice, monodimensional, filling, basic quality.

3
Geiserich (4532) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JUL 4, 2014
Bottle: Copper to chestnut brown color, with an off-white head. Malty, nutty aroma, ligh roastines and fruitiness. Flavor is malty and nutty, light cacao notes, caramel, bitter hops.
