Back off it’s Ginger Beard, he’s a fiery character and his beer is no different. This amber ale is infused with fiery root ginger to deliver a spicy finish with a bit of bite. Try it if you dare!

Hmm, the nose is a bit worryingly halfway between an ale and a ginger beer. Pours a clear burnished copper with no lasting head of any description. The taste - not for me. Imagine a pretty insipid, unremarkable ale ... now dump a load of sugar and a bit of fiery ginger in it. That’s what this is. If that’s your thing, then fine, but, again, not for me.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a small, off-white head. Sweet, pop-like ginger aroma. Light body, very sweet and sugary with a tingling effect on the tongue - if not exactly a burn. Nice in a Radler kinda sense - or as a soda pop. 020118

Bottle @ friends/Mrs B. Appearance: pours clear amber with low short lived white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste notes: barley, toffee, light canned fruit and ginger. palette: medium malty and light ginger aroma, average carbonation, medium body, notable sweetness, unbalanced by a light bitterness, medium duration and an oily texture. Overall: Nice powerful ginger taste, but way to sweet

Amber colour, mediuim head and retention, good lace. Aroma: ginger. Maybe some fruity notes. Light body, creamy texture, good carbonation. Taste: ginger. And maybe some fruit. Not my cup of tea.

Butelka 0,5 l. Z tego co wspominam piwo przekombinowane, za bardzo słodkie. Zbyt intensywny ten imbir.

hrabren (1953) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 4, 2017
Clear dark golden, no head was poured. Ginger juice. Sweet, some ginger flavour. Light body, moderate carbonation. Sweet and not beer like.

Svijetlo bakarna boja, tanka bijela pjena, veoma brzo nestane. Preovladava aroma djumbira, pomalo se javljaju biljne arome i vanilija. Veoma je slatko, gorčine nema, ali ima određenu dozu ljutkastosti.Karbonizacije skoro da nema.

Sweet aroma, spicy taste. Ginger kick is not too strong, although taste is quite pronounced. Great choice for cold autumn or winter evenings.

rotaman14 (785) - Wiesbaden, GERMANY - NOV 6, 2017
Aroma of non-alcoholic ginger beer and lemonade. Sweet taste with a little malt backbone and a ginger burn in the aftertaste. Definitely tastes different than regularl non-alcoholic ginger beer, not so bad overall.

dogbomb (1257) - ENGLAND - NOV 5, 2017
Slightly hazy amber. This one has been sitting around at the back of my stock for a LONG time. Smells like heavy ginger. Taste is overly sweet, with a hint of ginger burn. A bit herby. Blerghhhh..
