amber beer. smells of malt and some caramel. tasts malty and of some caramel, a bit like cookie, and has a sweetish hint of artificial fruit-bonbons(toffees). aftertaste is bittersweet. could be more tasty. not bad, but not special. with such a name, you expect more taste.

Bottle at home amber with a thin white head that didn’t last long with a malty, caramel and slightly nuttiness taste, which leaves a slightly bitter malty aftertaste not what I expected .

Bottle 0,50L. Clear orange color with small, frothy, off-white head, that dissipate in a minute. Malty aroma with some tea notes, also herbal and grassy. Taste starts light bitter, become light sour for a moment with some light, fruity notes and finish light bitter. Lighter on body, watery and bored.

Pours a foamy off white head and has a slightly dull dark copper appearance. Lacing is good. Mild grainy and bready malt aromas with spiced hops. Has earthy and herbal type hop flavours, somewhat sweet and has a slight bitterness. Notes of toffee and nuts as well. Pretty faint citrus notes. Mouthfeel is full bodied with fairly weak carbonation but has a nice mouthwarming sensation. Not too bad, easy drinking but not the best from Wychwood.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of toffee, bready malts, fruit and slight spicy hops. Taste of light caramel, bready malts, some fruit, slight grass and subtle spicy hops. Light bodied but a watery texture. A dry, spicy, grassy hop bitterness in the finish. Surprisingly hoppy but quite bland and watery. A dry, somewhat refreshing bitter overall. It’s ok.
