Bottle. Pours dark reddish brown with a thin head. Did not find much aroma, nutts, but flavour of sweet malt, nutts and fruit.

50 cL can. Pours deep brown with an orange/amber hue and a dense tan head. Light roasted malt, mild berry fruity and light acidic aroma. Flavour is watery malty and somewhat strange and almost vegetable like. Light roasted note in the finish. Far finish holds a solid bitterness and a light berry fruity note.

A dark amber beer wiht no head. The aroma is sligtly fruity as a typical ale. The flavor is a very rounded slightly bitter one. A very drinkable beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Amber coloured with a beige head. Caramel in both aroma and flavour and some slightly sweet, perfumy notes. Lovely, nutty ale. 020101

omhper (24964) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 22, 2007
Bottled. Clear nut brown, small head. Aroma of plums and roasty malt. Sweet, medium bodied, clean mouthfeel Some hay-like hops mixes with fruits. Straightforward bready malt character, medium bitterness. Solid, but not fun. The other half of my pint appears to work tremendously well in the soup I’m cooking though....

Warning! Early amateur rating! Dark beer. Mild smooth malt. Chocolate and a nice blend of fruits. Easy drinking.

2011 note - is it me or has this beer really gone down the crapper? Tasted a few in 2010 and they all lacked the flavour of a few years ago!

Travlr (24286) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 23, 2016
Bottle. Clear maroon color, light tan head. Aroma of caramel with a nutty edge. Taste is toasted caramel, light citrus. Tasty.
