3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured into a stange.
Color is a dark dark coller amber, basically brown. Pours a very fluffy brown head, that leaves thick lace rings.
Smell is nutty and chocolatey. Taste is very similiar. It is rich and malty. There is also an earthy hop flavor.
Mouthfeel is bitter, but creamy at the same time. It goes down easy and has great carbonation.
Overall, this is a very easy to drink beer. I really enjoyed this and I can see myself getting some more of this when I am looking for a brown ale. It represents the style quite well!

Tamno crvena boja, debela smedja pjena, veoma lijepo za oko. Arome nisu mnogo izrazene, pomalo kafa, cokolada i sušeno voće. Vema blage gočine i karbonizacije, vodene teksture. Kronhjort1996 (110) - Århus C, DENMARK - JAN 7, 2018

An average beer, not amazed by it at all. But drinkable, nice. Pale, chocolate aroma, light body, light foam.... azzurro (505) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 5, 2018
While enjoying discovering beers from this brewery, this one described as ruby red ale, where I would hope for an amber or scotch ale, ESB is not my cup of tea.

0.5 l bottle shared. Apperance: A mahogany body, with a small thin offwhite head. Aroma: dark fruits, Malts, burned malts and sugars.
Taste: Starts fruity sweet, some biscuit malts, some caramle malts, and some burned sugards in the short bitter finish.
soft carbonation and a light body.
OKay. midovark (1137) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 26, 2017
0.5 l bottle. Pours mahogany with thin, persistent head. Nose is fruity-flowery with decent malty backbone. Same applies to the taste: fruits come upfront, followed by biscuit-like malts. Decent, and well rounded. Short bittersweet finish, soft carbo, light body. Proper bitter. Hanoi (981) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2017
Nose is very fruity, slight yeast. Taste is fruity, yeast, spice. Stale, acidic, sickly taste which seems to be in all wychwood brews is overpowering. Mouthfeel is sticky. steenrasmussen (0) - Randers NØ, DENMARK - DEC 26, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: DEC 26, 2017 Dåse. Rødlig med næsten ingen duft, men hæderligt skum. Smagen klassisk ESB med malten som det dominerende.
