BBE 15 sep 17. Punertavan ruskea väri, semirunkoinen tuoksu. Makea täyteläinen tuntuma, maakellaria, hyvää ennakkoluuloista huolimatta.

DraftDodger (1509) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2017
Copenhagen 27/1 2017. 50 cl bottle from Skjold Burne. Some heroic long haired knightly dude on the label. With a red shield of course. Pours clear dark amber with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma has sweet caramel but with some tart gooseberries and light citrus. Soft carbonation and watery palate. Flavor has light sweetness and more pronounced bitterness with a slight metallic tang. Might be from the guy in shining armor on the label. Nice bitter - without being anything extraordinary.
