500ml bottle. Pours a clear red-amber with a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, dried fruit and a hint of spice. Sweet flavour of toasted malt, caramel, dried fruit and light spice with a dry, mildly bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle, bought@LIVA, Kolding. Pours clear deep chestnut with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has nice sweet malts, caramel, floral hops, light apple. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, caramel, a bit of licorice, herbal and floral hops. A bit too sweet for its own good, but nicely warming in the end.

Served in a snifter from a bottle. Clear dark amber colour with medium head. Aroma of caramel, dark malts, dry fruits, butterscotch and bread. Taste is nicely balanced, bitter-sweet, with malty, caramel and nutty notes. Alcohol is virtually unnoticeable. Long, pleasant, slightly dry finish. Great stuff!!!
