Color cobrizo oscuro turbio. Buena espuma, baja retencion. Aroma algo metalico, maltoso, frutal y dulce. Sabor maltoso, caramelo, nueces y lupulo herbal. Cuerpo medio a ligero. Final alcoholico (calienta la boca) y levemente seco. Cerveza compleja pero me la bajo mucho el aroma metalico y el final tan alcoholico.

Veiled dark copper color with a low amount of activity. Creamy and foamy, well defined, light brown 2 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with some very good leggings. Faint aromas of booze, burnt sugar, ginger, bread and butter. Flavors of ester fruits like apple, berries, and grapes with some ginger bread feel and peppercorn, roasted grains with a wood feel and herbal spices. Highly sugary but with a strong bitterness. Slick full body with prickly carbonation. Medium to strong finish, ending with a vinous fruity earthy feel and lingering herbal spices with some ginger. Thick sugary feel of bubblegum. Overall a little above average in quality having decent flavors that I find slightly off, and its missing some freshness from a highly boozy, but warming feel. Although well spiced and well balanced, its a little flat and very acidic.

Bottle poured into Snifter has light translulcent colored beer with huge white head. The nose is malty, earthy, woodlike. The carbonation is medium and the taste is slightly alcoholic oak wood and earthy malt. Very faint hops in the middlepart but a definitly grassy herbal finish...

Pours dar copper body with medium sized, off-white creamy head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Smell is very pleasant and refreshing, malts, caramel, liquor, herbs. Full body, softly carbonated. Texture is smooth, thick and creamy. Beautifully balanced bittersweet taste with a touch of alcohol burn. Aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, liquor, herbs, honey, spices. Very herbal, very grassy. Long lasting finish, slightly dry and bitter. Overall, excellent brew. Simply delicious.

Jun ’16. A 0.5 l bottle. It poured a clear copper-brown body with a big head. Very fruity aroma, peach, dark&dried fruits, really ale-ish with a touch of caramel. Flavor was lightly biter, toasted, biscuit and bread with lightly sweetness coming also from toasted malt in the form of caramel and fruits. Thinner in body, but with pleasant and long caramel, toast and dry finish. Quite fine and tasty for a British "native" beer.
