A very warming, satisfying beer with a wonderfully nutty malt and floral hop taste.

thewolf (12535) - Kolding, DENMARK - APR 21, 2016
Bottle, [email protected], Kolding. Pours clear deep chestnut with a medium, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has nice sweet malts, caramel, floral hops, light apple. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, caramel, a bit of licorice, herbal and floral hops. A bit too sweet for its own good, but nicely warming in the end.

Served in a snifter from a bottle. Clear dark amber colour with medium head. Aroma of caramel, dark malts, dry fruits, butterscotch and bread. Taste is nicely balanced, bitter-sweet, with malty, caramel and nutty notes. Alcohol is virtually unnoticeable. Long, pleasant, slightly dry finish. Great stuff!!!
