Bottle, LCBO. Dark copper, big thick creamy head. Dusty, fruity aroma - notes of raisin, bread, caramel malt as well. Taste - earthy bitterness up front - really earthy. Sweet linger. In the middle it is sweet, dry - lots of malts happening here and some odd hops, which I assume are sovereign hops from the description. Not really my hop, but they work here and make this one unique. Alcohol well hidden and the soft body is pretty good, just a tad watery. Not a bad effort.

From elcervecero. In Ikea’s pint glass. Watching Game of Thrones 7x01 + playing Pillars of Eternity. Caramel and even children bubblegum in a good body and great feeling thanks to a well adjusted noble hops bitterness. I want another

500ml bottle. Pours a dark ruby with a tan head. Nose is caramel, toffee, prunes, Christmas cake and earthy floral hops. Fairly thick sweet mouth feel. Taste is sweet caramel, toffee, dark fruits, slight alcohol burn, floral bitterness. Quite a grower this one, gets better as the beer goes down.

Bottle. Head retention great for a bottle. Caramel and toffee dominates smell and taste. Tastes and is strong alcohol wise. Is Nice and indulgent, if a little bit on the sweet side

La bière a goût de noix, fruité, avec une touche amère en arrière goût. Pas mauvaise.

lesifflebiere (1887) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 29, 2017

Fules (1233) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - MAY 8, 2017
Vörösesbarna szín, kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab. Fűszeres, karmelles illat. Karamelles, fűszeres ízvilág. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Tisztességesen összerakott sör, de semmi több.
