nephirem (540) - CROATIA - AUG 15, 2016
Pours dar copper body with medium sized, off-white creamy head that leaves nice lacing on the glass. Smell is very pleasant and refreshing, malts, caramel, liquor, herbs. Full body, softly carbonated. Texture is smooth, thick and creamy. Beautifully balanced bittersweet taste with a touch of alcohol burn. Aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, liquor, herbs, honey, spices. Very herbal, very grassy. Long lasting finish, slightly dry and bitter. Overall, excellent brew. Simply delicious.

An english, copper, light foggy English Strong Ale with white head. Aroma is caramel, bisquit, hops, light prune. Taste is bitter sweet.

seritomi (363) - Budapest, HUNGARY - DEC 7, 2012
Sajnos a Cascade kevés benne :). Finom, érdekes, összetett. Nagyon jó!

A much heavier hitter than the Hobgoblin, that strength adds a great new deeper darker taste

dlovell2 (2142) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - OCT 2, 2012
Dark amber color with beige head. Caramel Malt aroma. Sweet caramel flavors with robust malt flavors. Slight hop in finish. Nice brew

... Lost original rating... Exceptionally nice ale. Like a more intense, deeper, richer Hob Goblin.

4.2
SangreSani (484) - Głowienka, POLAND - APR 7, 2015
Very good head. Color between amber and copper. Clear. Hops, esters, raspberry and caramel in aroma. Medium bitterness, sweet. Light carbonation, medium body, frothy texture.

tekstr1der (491) - New Hampshire, USA - NOV 29, 2015
Had many times, not sure how I missed reviewing. Clear copper pour with quickly disappearing off-white top. Aromas are bread and caramel. The malt makes up most of the flavor, very smooth and semi-sweet. Really balanced, with a clean, somewhat dry finish. I really like this stuff.

Bottle, 50 cl, bought at "upper glass", Mannheim. Delicious ale, well balanced.
