DraftDodger (1263) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2017
Copenhagen 27/1 2017. 50 cl bottle from Skjold Burne. Some heroic long haired knightly dude on the label. With a red shield of course. Pours clear dark amber with white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma has sweet caramel but with some tart gooseberries and light citrus. Soft carbonation and watery palate. Flavor has light sweetness and more pronounced bitterness with a slight metallic tang. Might be from the guy in shining armor on the label. Nice bitter - without being anything extraordinary.

From elcervecero. In Ikea’s pint glass. Playing A Golden Wake. Great feeling. Refreshing, with nice caramel notes and a good bitterness to compesante that after each sip asks for more

Blueshawk (465) - Bad Bellingen, GERMANY - NOV 23, 2016

Caoba, translucida, espuma manchada poco abundante y duradera. Notas de café en el aroma. Ligera de cuerpo algo aguada y de gas abundante. Sabor agradable, bien malteada, notas tostadas, caramelo, madera.
