ABV reduced from 4.2 to 3.8% in 2013
A delicate ruby-coloured beer with the rich, heady aroma of English Northdown hops. Pumpking is brewed using an aromatic barley malt which imparts a flavour reminiscent of dried fruits. The Northdown hops provide a balance with a heady, hoppy, bitterness. A delightful mysterious blend of pleasures.
2011 version 4.2% ABV, previously 4.5% and 5.0%

Amber with a good head, fruity aroma, fruity and slightly hoppy taste, not at all like the other pumpkin beers I have tried, this one was quite good.

Almost no aroma, a little malty. Looks beautiful, crystal clear, amber colour. Tastes too watery, can’t really say that I feel pumpkins or spices.

Bottle 50cl, a clear amber red beer with medium head. Nose is nice on caramel, biscuit, spice and pecan beans. Aroma is less powerful than the nose, still biscuit and caramel notes but a bit watery, medium bitter, hay finish with still biscuit and caramel, pleasant.
