Keg at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A hazy golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, melon, a little mango, some pine, slight dankness, a little caramel and subtle herbal hops. Taste of lemon, grapefruit, melon, some pine, slight mango, resin, a little dankness, a hint of caramel and subtle herbal hops. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation and a sticky texture. A lingering, dry, sticky fruity and herbal hop bitterness in the finish. A classic IPA, full flavoured sticky citrus fruits, some pine and a little caramelly sweetness.
