Imperial Stout... An achromatic denseness of light suppression and vantablack malts form a sensual source of twilight components interpolating coffee beans, cocoa nibs, vanilla, milk sugar and backed oats. Suppressed forever for you darkest of pleasures.

Really enjoyed this - not too sweet without being overtly bitter, hints of coffee, almost a slightly sour quality to it.

330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a thin head. Aroma is heavy roast, bitter coffee and a little chocolate. Taste has vanilla and heavy roast throughout with a bitter coffee finish.

Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Black with a rapidly disappearing dark tan head. It has a rich coffee, chocolate and vanilla flavour with oak, liquorice and more smooth dark chocolate on the warming finish. Excellent!

Bottle at Stepney Farm - Booze without Borders event. Lovely think dark beige head but did dissipates quickly. Pours a nice thick black. Roasted chocolate, coffee and treacle. Bitter and smooth throughout. Super luxurious! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Beese (3538) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 25, 2018
Keg at Wylam Brewery in Exhibition Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne. Pitch black, with a dense tan head. Aroma is slightly sweet, with molasses and cake. Big fruitcake and rum flavours. A little sweet at the end for my tastes.

jercraigs (11344) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 18, 2018
2018-03-03. Black body, small brown head. Aroma is pretty roasty, dark malt. Flavour is similar, dark malt, good amount of roasty bitterness. Average plus bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Solid but doesn't quite get to the next level for me today. 7/3-4/8/3/16 On tap at Mother Kelly's Bethnal Green, London.

Black color with a tan head with medium retention. Aroma with notesof coffee beans, roasted malts, black ripe fruit. Flavor with a moderate sweetness, roasty, prunes and some dry figs, some wooden notes, light molasses. Slightly sweet in the final with no presence of alcohol. Dense and creamy mouthfeel.

ManVsBeer (11966) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 5, 2018
Keg @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Black with a thin light brown creamy head. It's fairly strong tasting but its coffee, which lingers, does reduce the impact and dominates this stout. It has a more regular roasted nose.
