COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This mystical, neo pagan summer ale holds host to a rich malt character of Golden Naked Oats and the finest Golden Promise pale ale malt. Centennial, Amarillo and Goldings hops give off delicate notes of elderflower with a strong citrus and spice finish. Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law...

weordie (1144) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2015
Pours golden with a short lived head. Aroma is bit like a lager, that artificial sweetnees. Taste is like a nasty lager, this is anything but magic.

tinylightsrecs (437) - - JUN 25, 2014
Bottle from Rehills Newcastle. Pours dark golden colour - small head fades quickly. Ok flavourwise - a bit orangey and quite refreshing but nothing terribly exciting.

3.5
SaintMatty (7300) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 18, 2014
500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Lemon, lime, malt and a hint of marmalade in the aroma. Moderately hoppy and fairly refreshing taste with notes of biscuity malt, lemon and a hint of spice.

stravale (3055) - Near Carrick-on-Shannon, IRELAND - OCT 23, 2013
Cask @ Diggers, Edinburgh [131013]
Golden blonde, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma of soft fruits, light malt, faint nose
Taste of soft sweet fruits, light pale malts, some cereal, not much going on here but ok
Palate - light body, little oily. Finish as main flavour, bit dry, some light sweet fruits on tail
Overall - Standard golden ale, nothing exceptional here

2.6
gegwilson (3674) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2013
Cask in the John Duck, Durham. A typical example of the golden ales that seem to proliferate at the moment. Not far from a flat premium lager in taste. Perfectly drinkable but entirely uninspiring.

3
zacgillbanks (5128) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2013
Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A golden beer with caramel and sweet fruity flavours followed by malt and slight woody hops on the finish.
