Bottle at home ... amber with a light white head ... fruity sweet hop ... metalic fruity hops ... medium heavy carbonation ... bit bitter in linger.

SilkTork (5737) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2008
500ml bottle bought from the brewery market stall in Newcastle. Hmmm, this is lovely. A good malt mix which is both fruity and toffeeish. The cold-filtering is gentle and hasn’t harmed the beer in the way that pasteurizing does. The force-carbonisation is acceptable. This is 5% abv, which gives the beer a full body. A decent brew.

Beth101 (531) - West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 22, 2008
Smell of flowery hops. Amber colour with a very thin head. Strong flavour of hops, quite sweet.

thewolf (12590) - Kolding, DENMARK - OCT 3, 2008
Cask @ the Oakdal Arms.
Pours hazy amber with a small, white, film head. Aroma has light caramel and a touch of hazel nuts. Low carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly fruity, some caramel, raisins and more caramel. Finishes with a nice dose of dryish hops.
