Draft. Pale gold with a touch of haze. Pear syrup with a lemon peel squeeze in the nose. Lavender, oak and white grapes appear as well. Sweet with a hint of tartness. Tastes almost like a sour white wine. Grapes, pear, pepper, lemongrass, orange blossom. Lingering lemony, floral bite. A hint of barnyard funk, dash of banana, oak. Very well-crafted, balanced sour. Perfect tartness and funk, good sweetness, great flavor. I could drink this all day. NachlamSie (3572) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 4, 2013
10 oz at the brewpub. Listed as a sour ale. Pours a fairly clear copper color. Aroma has distinct vinaigrette notes with a touch of funk but is a little thin and very distinct barley malt is apparent, which usually is masked in the style. Palate is a little thin. Touches of cherry, barnyard and vinaigrette come through. Decent, but has room for improvement. Concealer (1269) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 26, 2013
Tap. A clear dark golden with a frothy off white head. Aromas of red apple, spice, light yeast and funk. Flavor is sweet apple, light funk and sour, aand a subtle chili kick. Medium bodied, light dry fiz. notalush (5922) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - NOV 23, 2013
Draft - listed as a 6.8% sour ale, but with the same name, so I am entering my rating here - turbid straw - nose is a mix of peach, white grape, light acetic acid, light oak, moderate funkiness - medium body - texture/body is a little thin/flabby - medium dry flavors of white wine, oak, melon rind, a mild acetic presence, moderate sourness, background cheesy funk - finish is a little thin - overall, though, another decent attempt at a wild or sour beer from this brewery. onceblind (10593) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUL 23, 2012
On hand at Wynkoop’s United Tastes of Belgium 2012. Clearish light copper with a great big fluffy cream colored head. Aroma of oak and pale cereal grains and maybe some grapes...flavor was a nice smooth complex ride. Oak, pepperyness, some light sour tones, pale Belgian malt, light herbal bitterness. Really different and enjoyable.

Tap at United Tastes of Belgium 2012. Poured a hazy, golden orange, with a fluffy off-white head. Smell is peaches, apricots, light funk, raisins, toffee, and pears. Taste is not as fruity, with flavors of raisins, toffee, caramel, and candi sugar. Nice creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Really different beer with quite a bit going on. Hard to explain, but very well-crafted. Nice!
