This American Pale Ale has hints of citrusy hops with a crisp, peppery finish derived from Grains of Paradise, a spice from Western Africa. Wild gorillas consume this rare spice found in their native habitat. Enjoy Silveback and help protect the highly endangered Mountain Gorilla.

Tried this on tap at Yard House in Lone Tree, Colorado. Not really picking up much in the aroma. Taste is a blah pale ale, mild hops, nothing special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy golden pale ale. Pretty basic and mild, but that's not an altogether bad thing. Light citrus and a little peppery. Tried for the first time at the brewery in 2011.

Fair place ale. Some decent hoppy aroma. Some mild malts. Hazy but not cloudy. Fair carbonation to bring out hops aroma.

"Nothing bad, but nothing really stands out in this brew either. Light citrusy hops and a touch of spice atop an adequately malty body. A so so beer that i likely wouldn’t get again...

Bottle into a fluted glass. Hazy gold pour. Thin white head. Grainy, lightly grassy aroma. Taste is..weird...kind of a banana taste. Easy drinking...but not great tasting. Weird for this style...drinks like a crappy wheat beer.

Taste at FyneFest. A deep golden colour. Quite thin consistency. Not great as far as beers go.

1" off white head at pour. Clear amber appearance. Mild malt and hop aroma. Taste is clean with a mild hoppy balance suitable for a pale ale. Grains of paradise add an almost indecipherable complexity at the finish.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty floral citrus hoppy finish.
