Draft at Wynkoop. Poured a very pale golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light corn, crisp grassy notes. Light grain. Flavor was very light, biscuit, light yeast, grain. Light and crisp.

A- pale straw with a whipped egg-white head.
S- sweetgrass, slight apple-esque fruityness. Light breadyness and a hint of earthy spice from the noble hops.
T- sweetbread and and a very sunbdued hint of hops for balance
M/F- super soft, rounded mouthfeel with a clean quick finish.
