Draft... Pours dark brown and sits black in my glass with a small, creamy, cappuccino head. Great retention. The aroma is deeply roasted with hints of coffee and dark cocoa beans. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. The flavor is well balanced, but a touch mundane with a modest measure of unsweet roastiness. Finishes fairly thin. Actually this is refreshing moreso than anything else. Odd for the style, but I’ll take it. smith4498 (3674) - Winter Springs, Florida, USA - APR 18, 2015

Draft at Brass Tap Boynton. A bit underwhelmed by this one, could be that the beers I had before are to blame, but I thought the coffee wasn’t all that readily apparent in the nose and while it added some fruitiness on the palate it was still somewhat underwhelming. Not as full bodied as I’d like, either. dchmela (3084) - Orlando, Florida, USA - NOV 16, 2014

Growler - Pours very dark with a creamy, full head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aromas of bitter chocolate, cigar, and coffee. Aromas continue in the taste, very full. Silky mouth feel. Finish is dry with some bitterness. Excellent porter. sloshgator (770) - Orlando, Florida, USA - OCT 13, 2014
Wynwood Cup of Jose is rich, complex and very enjoyable. Mild coffee and chocolate aroma rising from a dark brown pour with a thin but adequate tight, tan head. Taste is surprisingly complex for a porter with notes of coffee, chocolate and cherry with hints of hazelnut. The cherry and hazelnut notes last on the tongue after the swallow. Cup of Jose is tasty treat! jjgmd (2248) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - SEP 11, 2014

Tallahassee, Fl - Proof Production - on tap. Deep dark brown-black pour, mocha colored head, nice lacing. Aroma is earthy with fresh coffee beans and topsoil. its a little thin on the palate, but otherwise a fine coffee porter. would like to see them do this with a stout treatment for more body though.
