Bottle (25 cl), courtesy of Nisse666. Hazy copper, small off-white head. Fruity aroma with red berries, wood, and green apple tartness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Semi dry with soft acidity. Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 10, 2011
Bright red colored with little vanishing white head. Rich berry aroma with raspberry, vanilla and thin oak come up as well. Medium bodied. Flavor is also dominated by oak and vanilla, raspberry and sour touch come up nicely. Vanilla softens the sourness, but I am not sure if I like the combination anyhow. mattyb83 (737) - Minnesota, USA - JAN 12, 2011
Bottle. Brown in color with no real head. Slight tart aroma with grape taffy and a touch of wood. Fairly sweet with a small tart finish. Slight acidity to this, but never overpowering. Thanks Ty!

25cl bottle. Minst holdbar til 2016. Tart cider-like nose. A light dose of pineapple brett and yogurt-y lacto. Sweaty sock and BO (isovaleric acid) as the beer warms. The iso isn’t all that distracting though. Apple cider vinegar. Overall tart and mostly pleasant aroma. Pours a hazed copper/brown with a thin film of light khaki atop. More apple cider on the tongue. Light acidity. A very small amount of wood. Palate entry is fairly watery. A light tartness develops on the middle of the tongue all leading to a slightly acidic finish. Tastes almost like a bretted, oaked hard cider. Medium bodied. Average carbonation. Fully drinkable, but altogether forgettable. Thanks Mikkel! bluebetty (1021) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 29, 2010
Bottle thanks to Papsoe. Pours a slightly hazy dark copper with smallish tan coloured head. Aromas show plenty of tartness a little earth and a very artifical sweetness. Brett character is not huge though good nose all the same. Flavours are basically just sour with some oak character. Medium mouthfeel. SirLimpsalot (4230) - SWEDEN - NOV 2, 2010
Tydlig doft av trä och röda frukter (körsbär). Vätskan är ganska mörk och ger en tunn skumhinna. Den har fin balans mellan fruktens syrlighet och en sötma som värkar komma från lite karamell-toner. Ingen smakbomb, men härlig läskande – lite klibbig – öl. Bör provas. gunnfryd (14872) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 4, 2010
Bottle. Dark golden orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is berries, sourness, yeast. Flavour is sweet, sourness, vanilla, berries, oak, brett, milky sour, yeast, wood. Nice beer. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 16, 2010
A decent offering, well worth the money and i’d possibly get it again. Just didn’t knock my socks off.
