KØ 2009 - Very hazy golden body with a big white head; Excellent very interesting very fresh nose, lemon actually the hole load of different citrus fruits are very well accompanied by sweeter malts; Very soft and actually quite full body, lightly lemon peel harsh and quite sweet; Long finish that has lots of balanced aromas, sweet and fruity. Excellent very drinkable fresh beer, a little less sweetness would make it perfect.

Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is sour - tart, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long to average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival 09. Cloudy golden color, short head. Aroma of green apples, slight cheesy. Soft and sour taste, very refreshing of green apples. Still sour and dry. A good example of a fine fine saison, great stuff. Hansen (8587) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2009
CBF 2009. Orange colour and unclear. Has and offwhite head, mostly lasting. Aroma has some acidic notes, malt too. Flavor is a bit acidic too, gives a fresh impression. No more funk going on here. yngwie (17038) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUL 6, 2009
On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a hazy, golden beer with a finger-thick, creamy, off-white head. Bretty nose, with fruityness, citrus and some funky, almost cheesy notes. Lemony-sour flavor with some wheat and a citrus-peel like bitterness. Dry with fruity sweetness, quite palate cleansing. Citrusy, sour finish. A balanced and quenching beer, very nice, but maybe a bit too dominated by the brett. (090516) BeerBiker (1415) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 24, 2009
[Sampled with the duo Svoger & Svogergylp at DØE, Valby, 2009.] Hazy yellow and small offwhite head. Fantastic acid aroma with slightly sourfruits. Notes of dryness, some berries. Smooth, but wellbalanced and the sourness feels touchy. Great!
