Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120502]

Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a light head. Crack, corn and cereal nose. Medium sweet flavor, lightly syrupy, with light toasted grain. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mildly dry finish, some crisp corn, light grain, straw, and creamy dough. Not bad at all.

Gravity dispense at Ealing BF, 06/07/16. Orange to gold with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangerine, bread dough, light spice, straw, toasted grain. Taste comprises lemon rind, orange peel, soft bread, grass, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a subtle bitter nip. Decent golde.

Cask, Leicester Fest 12. Hazy gold with a bubbly foam. Aromas are toffee, caramel and apple with bready yeast and soft spices. Earthy with herbal notes. Leafy with autumn berries. Flavours are biscuit and cereal with mellow lemon and some cardboard. Bready yeast with earthy apple and pear. Well carbonated with a sweet, dry finish. Not bad.
