COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yanjing Beer (4.5% alc./vol.for bottle and 5% alc. /vol. for can) is naturally brewed with mineral water, hops, rice and barley malt, resulting in a distinctly clean taste. Yanjing has a floral nose and dry, crisp malty smoothness that provides a refreshing finish with an undertone of hops

Pours clear light gold with a decent but short lived head. Aroma is light malt. Taste is sweet with notes of light malt, rice, some grassiness and a slightly metallic finish. Light bodied with low carbonation. Its not the worst beer Ive had but there was really nothing halfway decent about it.

Bue cannette dans avion retour Japon. Blonde limpide sans carbo. Mousse avec tenue moyenne. Bire au malt et riz. On retrouve le riz en bouche. Trop aqueuse.

Pours a light straw colour with a thin head and nice lace. The taste has a bit of grain, light citrus and sweet rice. The beer is above average but not by a lot. Id have it again, but I wonder how many I could have before the sweetness leaves my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. Id have to clean my palate with an ESB.

*Can in Singapore. Grainy smooth beginning. Hints of grain, no bitterness, sweetish body. Metallic neutral aftertaste.

Raistlin (405) - London, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 5, 2015
Pours bright yellow with nice white head that disperses almost immediately. Very flat. Medium texture. You can taste the hops and malt. No carbonation to speak of at all. Kind of bland.

Sweetest beer Ive ever had. No complexity either, Corn, honey(?), citrus, odd aftertaste too. Metallic. Ugh

From a can. Fresh straw aroma. Pours golden with a white head. Well carbonated. Light straw/hop flavour. Medium bodied with a slightly bitter finish.

sudomorph (1150) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - APR 3, 2015
500ml can. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a one finger, white head. Aroma is pleasant with sweet grain and not a lot else. Taste is balanced. Slightly sweet grain, traditional, mild hops, and a short ending. Medium body and carbonation. Clean and refreshing in the mouth. Overall a big name beer from China. Not a lot going on but done well enough.

deanso (10070) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - JAN 26, 2015
Bottled version @4.5% from the Villa Market, Hua Hin. Thick white head. Clear golden pour. Light bodied. Medium carbonation. A pretty crap lager.

very crisp, refreshing taste, goes well with spicy food, very little after taste, provides a relaxing buzz, thoroughly recommended --
