Poured into dof tumbler from green bottle. Colour is something like a pale amber with a orange-ish hue. Medium carbonation, minimal dissipating head. Woody with notes of vanilla and a milder note of lemon peel. Pleasant bitterness, medium-light body (overall on the lighter side.). ehaak26 (478) - - MAR 31, 2017
Bottle from Liquor Barn into a pint glass. Not a lot going on with this beer. DocJitsu (1969) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - FEB 17, 2017
Pours a clear, classic golden with a quickly fading white head. Very slinky nose. Heavy mouthfeel, particularly for the style. Skunky, corny flavor. First Chinese beer for me. juvedp (74) - CHINA - DEC 10, 2016
Clear yellow with small white head. Strange aroma which is common in pale lagers. Taste is very pale and light. ronaldtheriot (1918) - Laplace, Louisiana, USA - DEC 10, 2016
Yanjing has a thick, white, creamy head of foam, a clear golden appearance, and lots of lacing left behind, on the glass. Aroma is of sweet cracker grain, and the flavor is of cracker, clean water, and grassy hop notes. Mouthfeel is medium, and Yanjing finishes crisp and refreshing. RJT

Slightly skunked Eurolager aroma. Green bottle, plasticky label. Very pale, very clear. Lightly sweet, low bittering. Serve ice cold. Medium body, fairly crisp. Inoffensive. ABC Liquors, Bull Run. alex_leit (3632) - Minsk, BELARUS - OCT 10, 2016

Aroma: Mild corn muskiness, cereal
Taste: Very light but clean.
Palate: Light and crisp
Overall: Barely a beer but very clean and easy drinking. Mild corn musk / cardboard notes are minimal.
330 ml bottle @ North China Buffet. The fact that I ordered this at a Chinese buffet was definitely an indicator of what I was about to experience. Pours a clear pale yellow with lively carbonation and a big but short-lived white head. Aromas are sweet grainy malts and grain. Tastes are light malts, adjunct (corn? rice? Don't know) and light grain. Thin, lively carbonation, virtually nil finish. Inoffensive offering but very sessionable, I could drink eleven teen of these.
