COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our House IPA is brewed by the Uinta Brewing Company (pronounced you-in-tah) from Salt Lake City, UT. The blend of different hop varieties give it a big hop aroma and distinct bitterness with layers of pine, cedar and citrus flavors. The special combination of roasted barley adds a toasted note and allows for a lower ABV keeping this distinct brew from being overpowering.

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Clear golden color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

A relatively light IPA. Some hops, fairly well balanced but very mild. Faint aroma which carries to the finish.

Excellent IPA on draft at the fairly new Yard House in King of Prussia. This beer poured a golden color with a thick white head that left some really nice lacing around the inside of the glass. The flavors were really well balanced, with a great profile of bitter and spicy hops to go along with a bready and biscuity backbone. The finish was floral and dry with some malt for support. Unita definitely brewed a good one for Yard House’s in-house IPA.

January 31, 2017 - on tap at Yard House SA as part of ipa flight. Clear golden pour with nice head and lacing. Aroma and taste stronger on the hops, but not by too much.

On tap at Yard House San Antonio. A standard but well made and tasty IPA just like you’d expect.

pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - DEC 12, 2016
Draft at yard house Vegas. Pours out a decent slightly cloudy amber color with a small white head. Aroma is of some light floral notes, some toast, cereal, light citrus. Taste is much the same, solid low key IPA with light citrus, bread, some toasty malt.

Satyroneto (399) - BRAZIL - OCT 22, 2016
On tap no "Yard House", Coral Gables.

On draft in a glass at Yardhouse .. . Amber .. Decent foam .. Resin, cereal. Older sap .. Mouth is average, finish is a bit muddled and quick ., get the toast in the back .. Good IPA .. . . If you drink bud light, kill yourself.
