Dry hopped with a unique hop selection and unfiltered, love this authentic throwback west coast double IPA

Very underrated IPA. Reminded me of IPAs in England (which are phenomenal, but all taste the same) which are not as hoppy as American IPAs. Well balanced with malt. This is a nice beer. ABV is hidden tremendously. Actually high ABV, which is also different from English IPAs. Had this on pump and draft. Pump is a must have. Produces a nice, nosey burp, only after 4 - 6 of them. Tough to find. Drink this if you see it. One of my favorite IPAs/ oOJUXEOo (303) - Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 1, 2014

12oz. Poured deep amber with a small head. Drifting out of the glass were dank pine aromas and sweet bready malt. Flavor is much of the same but fairly easy too drink dispite the abv. Diggin this one foooo sho brewskitier (4) - tarentum, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 11, 2013 does not count
Faint citrus smell not really heavy notes of any one thing which makes it interesting.pours orange to hazey straw color, minimal head. No big hop taste as another reviewer has noted but hides the alcohol.. mouthfeel has a fresh feeling. How yards accomplished such a smooth finish I’m not sure. A+

Draft at Craft. Poured hazy deep copper with off-white clingy head. Nose was intense piney hops, caramel malt, some tangerine and pineapple. This one smelled great. The flavor was resiny hoppy, with a firm caramel malt bill, and notes of black pepper, tangerine, and pineapple. Smooth, crisp, and well balanced, this one was great. egajdzis (6588) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 23, 2009
[Cask@ Northside] Poured a hazy amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, spices, citrus fruits, caramel malts, pine, and light toast. Taste of citrus fruits, pine, light tobacco, grapefruit, tropical fruits, and a lightly bitter finish. BenDoshin (17) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 9, 2012
The best beer Yards brews. This is their second brewing and after a long conversation with the brewer and then actually tasting it this year, I was blown away. Wonderfully balanced despite it’s high potency. The hops are a nice citrusy bitter that IPA lovers will adore. Get this while it’s available.

Pour medium clear orange with a one finger white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, tropical fruits, bready pils malts, and sweet malts. Taste is similar to the aroma with the addition of some herbal hops, and some grassy hops. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, semi-moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty nice DIPA that is pretty well balanced yet still has a nice west coast hoppy edge to it. hman43 (1588) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - JUL 2, 2016
It pours golden with tinges of orange. It has a white head with plenty of lacing. It has aromas of grapefruit, citrus, and floral. It has flavors that are highlight by the grapefruit and citrus with bread, floral, and orange. It has a medium-high bitter finish with alcohol warming. For an imperial IPA this is fairly easy drinking.
