12 oz bottle.
Golden amber/orange color with a foamy head. This is a wonderful looking beer. Fresh aroma full of orange and grapefruit. Very citrusy. A bitter taste, but not harsh. Such a powerful aroma that you can "taste it in the smell. The flavor seems to explode in your mouth. My first Yards ever and it was a great way to start. Rejuvenated my faith in Microbreweries after a disappointing experience with a variety pack form the Horny Goat brewery. I paid the same thing $29.99 for this Yards variety pack as the Horny Goat case. Wow -no comparison!
UPDATED: OCT 19, 2017 Draft. It poured a dark gold with a thin white head. It has a hoppy aroma and taste with earthy and light citrus notes. Very nice. mwilley32 (2) - - SEP 7, 2017 does not count
Incredible aroma, a bit floral and fruity. Very smooth and very balanced. Clear and about as good as a IPA can get.

Bottle. Toasted aroma of hop, caramel, resin and malt. Lots of bitterness and toasted hop in the flavor. Malt backbone. Solid choice for a local IPA. abcfan (920) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 4, 2016

Bottle (May 05, 2016 bottling). Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, lemon oil). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Despite being only 4 weeks old, it’s surprisingly mild aromatically...soft herbal-lemony hops struggle to escape the glass and there’s really nothing else going on. It’s certainly not unpleasant, but it is kind of dull. Well balanced in the mouth, though, and clean, so it’s easy to enjoy quaffing it. Nothing special, but a little better than average at least.
