Yards proudly donates $1 from every case sold to breast cancer research and awareness. So when you drink PYNK, you are helping us do more good. Cheers to that! Yards PYNK is a beer like no other. We add 3,300 pounds of sour and sweet cherries and raspberries to each batch, resulting in a tart berry ale that’s effervescent and pleasantly pink in color. Delighting the palette, this light-bodied brew finishes refreshingly dry.

Poured from the bottle. Pours a crystal clear pinkish color with a bit of a gold hue to it. Head is creamy pink and goes from almost two fingers to almost nothing fairly quickly. Aroma is dominated by raspberry, followed by sour cherry, and then some wheat malt sweetness. Tastes follow the aromas with a bit more of the sour cherry giving a nice dose of tartness and last of the finish is typical wheat malt. This is quite refreshing and tasty. Need to have a blind taste test with this and a UFO raspberry hefeweizen from Harpoon.

I’m a fan of sours, so this is right up my alley Very tart and sour, fruity character but not as sweet as you might think Champagne-like carbonation Dry finish is interesting

Aroma is sweet. Taste is tart and sweet with cherry. Overrall too tart for me.

kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 11, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear copper body with a slight pinkish hue and a small fizzy white head. The nose is slightly tart and fruity with a little caramel malt. The flavor is much the same, slightly tart with a nice raspberry note up front. The finish is fairly sweet with some lingering berry. Medium bodied and a bit clingy with soft fizzy carbonation. Not the most exciting beer, but it’s ok.

Sample at beer fest. Pinkish color. Tart fruit slight sour notes. A bit artificial. Wasn't really digging this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweet / tart nose, berries, mostly cherries. It does pour pink with a slightly pink thick foam. The tartness is a little citrus on the tongue. Medium body, light carbonation. Finishes dry and sharp. The sweet and tart balance works out well. Sampled at Pittsburgh Big Pour 2015.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a light orange to pink colored concoction with a small white head. The aroma is of sweet fruit and some grass. The flavor is mild hops with a tart fruit flavor. I enjoyed the flavor but a found the palate a little weak.

It’s not as "tart" as the label promises, which is probably why I like it so much. It’s sweet and it’s pink and I don’t care who sees me drinking it. It’s damn good.

mansquito (6438) - Nueva York, New York, USA - NOV 27, 2015
Barren Hill: pours reddish with a white head. Aroma is a lot of cherries with aome malt. Taste is slightly sour. Not too sour though. Not really the most interesting beer out there. Not bad though.
