Bottle. Golden and clear with a fruity aroma. Honey is present plus a slight bitterness. Well bottled and quite a pleasant surprise. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2011
Live rate. Bottle from Booth’s, Ilkley. Pours clear bronze with a fine white foam. Rich maltiness in the aroma with hints of shortbread, strawberry and Turkish delight. Flavour a little disappointing considering; tea and wafers, caramel, minerals...typical English stuff. Thick honeyed mouthfeel. Dull but decent. Nightfall (1307) - Hamburg, GERMANY - MAR 16, 2010
Grand Tasting @ The Harlequin, Sheffield. Amber color with a medium white head. Sweet malt aroma, with floral hoppy notes. Grainy. Sweet malt taste with honey notes and some hoppy bitterness. Very uninteresting. asheft (3082) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 2, 2010

Grand Tasting @ The Harlequin, Sheffield.
Pours clear golden with a nice, creamy, white head. Aroma has light green apples, grassy hops and bready malts. Fine mouthfeel, lightly dry. Sweet flavour with a good amount of piney and grassy hops. Straight-foward, but well made.
