On tap @ Yazoo. Clear amber colored beer with a small off-white head. Bread and toasted malts on the nose. Somewhat earthy and definitely pretty grassy. There’s sort of a burn grain/popcorn flavor to it that adds a substantial bitterness. Maybe a bit of roasted malt and coffee, too. Ferris (15004) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 12, 2014
