Sampled from that tap at Yazoo BNA. Pours a clear orange gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and earthy bread with a bit of nuttiness underlying. Pours with an autumnal orange-amber body topped by a small head that soon dies to a thin ring. High clarity.
As the color suggests, this has some medium roast and (I think) caramel malts. Both the aroma and flavor are lightly sweet. A faint hint of vinegar in the aroma seriously detracts from the otherwise pleasant aromatics, but this doesn’t carry over to the flavor (or gets masked).
Feel: medium-light body and carbonation.
Overall: a lightly sweet, malt-dominated lager.

On tap @ Yazoo. Amber in color with some white foam. Very toasty and bready malt aroma. There’s a light caramel quality and quite a bit of fruity ester character, too. Has a bunch of apricot to it, which is a bit weird. Sweet, malty flavor, though a bit acidic on the finish. Pours a cloudy orange color, pretty vivid, with a small off-white head that settles into a ring. Notes of cracker and cereal malts, straw, grass, earth, and a bit of a phenolic hint in the flavor. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a malty, bitter mouthfeel. It’s thinner than many in the style, but it’s also aged a year. Not bad overall, though. Get some orange, toasty malt, some spiciness. Moderate sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Medium-plus body. Kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Mild slick. 2014 Vintage... Toasty biscuit aroma, unique smell that I can?t seem to identify; deep golden color, thin off white crown; light caramel malts, toast, floral hops, slightly grassy; medium light, calm and smooth texture; definitely in the style of the lighter helles Oktoberfests, but still good and quite refreshing. Caramel malt, lightly nutty aroma.
Taste is sweet, toffee malt, lightly toasted....a bit leafy.
Not bad...nothing outstanding....mild and typical.
