Made with pale barley, wheat and oats and generously hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Editor’s Note: Originally brewed as Yazoo’s 10-Year Anniversary IPA. Now a core brand under Hop Perfect.

Bottle at honky tonk, nashville. Copperish color, white head. Aroma has some caramel notes and hops. Hoppy taste and some caramel malty sweetness. netfsheppard (1) - - NOV 10, 2017 does not count
I can't believe no one has tried this yet. Anyways decent IPA. Flavor profile commits to the likes of an IPA. Slightly on the lighter side. Was in a dark bar, couldn't see the color. Anyways still good.

Nice clean fresh hop aroma. Light copper color with an off white head. Manageable hop bite with a good amount of malt for balance, more like a pale ale. Palate is dense with low carbonation for an IPA. Very drinkable, I could have used more hops. Itzjerm (3134) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - OCT 21, 2017
Aroma is lots of malt. Taste is hop grass and hop bite. Nice lasting head. At first citrus hop then fades.

Sampled from the tap at Yazoo BNA. Pours a clear yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has notes of bitter citrus and light onion with grass and grains supporting. Flavor is full of citrus with earthy grass and a bit of grains backing. Bottle picked up for the Eclipse. Drank mostly because it was 1 million degrees out. Lots of tasty citra and mosaic hoppiness. Medium bitterness that lingers. Pretty tasty. mrjaxson (624) - .08 Junction, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 6, 2017
Always risky to call one’s own product "perfect." What if customers disagree? It does have a nice hop-malt balance, with the citra hops more noticeable in the fruit-salad aroma and the mosaic more there in the resinous, piney finish. In between, the malts do nice to tamp down the bitterness. Perhaps not perfect, but definitely above average. j12601 (13188) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 24, 2017
On tap at Draught. Pours an almost clear orange amber with a medium sized white head. Soft malt and a touch of wheat over slow buttery fruit. Medium bodied, fruity, gentle and fruity. Gentle and musky, a bit of fruit and sweetness. Slow bitterness, soft, slightly buttery, a bit of citrus. Rounded nicely. willisread (3695) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 6, 2017
Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear light copper to gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Little pine and grapefruit and caramel on the nose. Light body with more of the same the palate. Light and refreshing with medium bitterness. Pretty straightforward, but refreshing.
