12 oz. bottle via trade with grownfool- thanks again, Brian! Pours a bright, semi-cloudy amber color with an inch-thick off-white head that leaves some lacing and settles into an uneven film. Aroma of herbal hops, clove, caramel malts, crackers, rosemary, and mint. Flavor of rosemary, mint, herbal hops, caramel malts, floral notes, pineapple, citrus, and tea. Light-bodied, with medium-high carbonation and an herbal mouthfeel. Herbal, somewhat bitter finish. Nice IPA.

Thanks Richmond crew! transparent tan, creamy thin white head. Very spicy nose, light spice, tea. Flavor similar, spiced, bit of grain and washed out profile. Sticky finish, bit salty and bitter. Bit too harsh in the finish. MaltOMeal (1094) - Land of Sugar, Texas, USA - JAN 16, 2011
bottle thanks to bleeng. Yay, my Tenn tick! Pours a clear amber with a nice off-white head. nose is floral/perfume, mainly. Taste is floral and like eating a raw hop bud. Not much on the sweet malt to balance. mouthfeel is bitter. Decent IPA, but not my type. BeerandBlues2 (13697) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 16, 2011

Mostly clear coppery with a white head.
Earthy malt and citrus hop aroma.
Well balanced malt and hop flavor that also has that earthy hop that was detected in the aroma.
Better than some of these have been. NachlamSie (3534) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 17, 2010
6 pack from Kroger. It’s really weird to pick up Hop Project and Moo Hoo at the local grocery store, but it the most awesome way. These Hop Projects are slowly getting back on the right track. I was just about to give up on the series but then it showed up right down the road from me. This one is different than most other IPA’s like many of the latest HP’s have been. It has a distinct rosemary type flavor and aroma, it’s almost minty too. There is some tongue-scraping maryjane bite as well. A few sips gives light to a fruity character, something like mango. Halfway through a bottle, the hop flavor seems to thin out. I thought this was a different type of IPA and still very enjoyable. I’m still waiting for Yazoo to go back to their roots with this stuff though.
