Draft at the brewery, part of a sampler. I expected the Fall Fest to be on tap by mid-October, but this one was still on. Pours orange-gold, just a bit cloudy, with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, malt, yeast, and mild spices. Flavor follows suit- malty, citrusy, and just a little bitter upon the finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

12 ounce bottle thanks to Steve. Pours a clear straw color with a small white head. The aroma is oranges and biscuit. A sweet easygoing brew with orange peel, coriander, bread, some light hop bitterness in the finish akin to grapefruit. Decent.

Ughsmash (7510) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 5, 2010
Bottled as "Lift up Nashville Summer Ale". Poured nearly-clear bright golden with a nice cap of white head. The aroma picked up sweet bread and honey along with nice yeasty accents.. on the sweet side.. lightly-toasted and pleasant. The flavor found honey and bready sweetness at the core.. earth and grassy bitterness surrounded.. a pinch of honeyed sourness on the finish. Medium-bodied at most on the palate.. moderately grainy.. OK feel and flow.

Suttree (6521) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUN 19, 2010
This may be a different beer - I spoke to one of the brewers, and he referred to it as sort of an English Mild. At any rate, sort of fruity, sort of kinda full bodied, but not too much. . Some corn flavors and a nice hop bite. Must investigate further...

decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - DEC 15, 2010
Light bread and paper aroma. Clean yellow pour with white head and lace. Light sour malt with a paper and perfumy bitter finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Good golden ale.
