COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

On tap in Nashville. Had an IPA before this, but I would still expect more hop flavor. Hops seem nowhere to be found. Clean, malty, bland. Would not have again.

Some bitterness, some malt. Ok but not particularly stunning like young Megan Fox. Pours amber with ok head and lacing. Tap at music venue in Nashville.

Pretty weak for an APA, malt-forward and overly sweet with a mild citric hop presence mostly asserting itself on the long bitter finish. Toasted malts add a nice heaviness to the middle, but the unfortunate sweetness overpowers any hoppy fun and results in a dull, English-leaning pale.

On Tap at Yazoo Brewpub, Nashville, TN, 5.5.16. Clear dark amber. Light fruity aroma, a little toast and then more malt. Mild hoppy bitterness in the mouth but also plenty of malt. Mildly bitter, hoppy finish, medium body.

355ml Bottle as a gift from Nashville: A nice beer overall, some nice sweetness opened things up & plenty caramel malts followed before some some nice bread malts & a moderate bitterness coupled with some toasted flavours brought in the middle. It could have been a touch stronger but the balance was a good one & it was easy to drink too. Not one to specifically hunt out for but its definitely well worth trying if you happen across it at any point.

On tap in the hip Nashville 12 South district. I really think this beer should be rating higher, its a near-perfect flagship American Pale Ale. WAY better than average. Malty, a bit caramelly, but some nice bready and biscuity notes balanced by a strong dose of predictable grapefruity hops plus lemongrass, strawberry, cantalope melon, mango, tropical fruit salad. I really like this Amarillo & Cascade combo. Light-medium body, strong carbonation, awesome malty and hoppy aftertastes. Delicious.

12 oz bottle at the Bass pro Pyramid in Memphis. The ale poured a clear Amber color with an off white frothy head. Nice looking ale. The aroma of floral hops and pale malts greets you. The very balanced ale with nice hop bitterness. The ale has a medium body with average carbonation. Nice dry finish.
