A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

Ohh man was this dissapointing. Airport, Nashville, TN. It says Amarillo right on the tap handle. it might as well have said craparillo because this beer is nothing of what it advertizes. Old yellow stain colored pour. Nice head. Lacing. Maybe it’s not crap...smells like alcohol and mssive amounts of carbonation. Tickles the nose. Faint aroma of corn. the sweetness of this bounces off of the heavy carbonation to make something that tastes not unlike tonic water. Flavors are a reck. Zero hops. None. Bitterness is relegated solely to textures and their interplay. Poor form

Bottle pour at Whole Foods. Pours an orange gold with a finger of eggshell colored foam that lingers. Sweet corn on the nose with some biscuit and caramel aromas. Sweet on the palate as well, easy drinking and approachable, but wanted more balance from the hops.

Dank lemony aroma. Golden color with cream colored head. Tastes muddled and metallic, some dank hops with a lot of malt to balance but mostly just a mess. Good palate but not great overall.

An aroma of freshly baked white bread and just a light breeze of caramel are released from the pour to a generous head. A mish-mash of bitter tastes, none particularly strong nor distinguished, lead to a harsh finish. No evidence that this is a pale ale. Bottled 5/22/17.

Aroma is floral and hoppy with rich malts. Flavor is sweet with very mild bitterness. Light notes of honey. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Grainary in Mt. Pleasant, SC. The appearance is a light copper color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is of mild bread and some very faint hops. The taste is mild malts. A very enjoyable beer.

Draft. Pours beautiful. The taste is kinda lacking. Not much there what is there is some grapefruit and piney hops.

jbruner (5828) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - APR 14, 2017
Pours a clear golden orange on tap with bubbly off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of mild pale malts and and grassy hop notes. Taste is more hoppy than the nose with a hint of citrus too. Moderate bitterness, clean and simple, old school pale.

JPDIPSO (6325) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAR 29, 2017
Light amber color with a yellowish-white head. Decent lace. Lemon curd scents. Sweet start, with toasted malt, and orange candy flavors. Does not quite work for me. Very sharp citrus in the finish and into the linger. The longer I set with this one the less I like it, best to drink quickly. 4/13

Some bitterness, some malt. Ok but not particularly stunning like young Megan Fox. Pours amber with ok head and lacing. Tap at music venue in Nashville.

oobawa (2019) - Tennessee, USA - FEB 4, 2017
Pretty weak for an APA, malt-forward and overly sweet with a mild citric hop presence mostly asserting itself on the long bitter finish. Toasted malts add a nice heaviness to the middle, but the unfortunate sweetness overpowers any hoppy fun and results in a dull, English-leaning pale.
