some amazing beers tonight. this had two predominant flavours - black tea and apricots. thankfully the tea took the back seat to provide a base to the citrus and other malty goodness. utterly fantastic.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of tea, Green plants, mild citrusy hops. Taste of green tea, herbs, citrus hops, nice.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2017 Can from Asda. Cloudy, brown, off-white head. Aroma is all citrus and bergamot. Taste is very floral- I don’t like Earl Gray tea but it’s not bad in beer form!

Maersk (351) - MOLDOVA - NOV 6, 2017
Crystal clear, golden, small fluffy head, a lot of carbonation. Strong sweet hoppy aroma with some tea notes and a bit os candy. Medium body, greatly balanced, gentle but long bitterness in the end. A bit of tea tree in the aftertaste. Good

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2017 An easy IPA. The Early Grey taste is very distinctive at the end. not that bitter, perfect IPA for starters

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2017 From a can from Waitrose. Golden colour and a white head. Nice citrus and malt aromas and a taste dominated by citrus (lemon and perhaps bergamot?) with a hint of tea flavour at the end. Also some spiciness and floral notes. A lightish beer, but the mouthfeel is OK. Very original and drinkable.

33cl can @Cimmeria, Oviedo. 06-10-2017.

BBD: 24-12-2018. "Tubular swells"

In short: citrusy spicy IPA.

DId I enjoy it: why not?.

Pours little hazy golden yellow-ish with frothy white head. Moderate head retention, little lacing. Intense citrusy nose, lemon zest. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is quite citrusy, moderate bitter, little dry. Peculiar.
