ALIBALI (1989) - Kiel, GERMANY - MAR 24, 2017
A little bit sweety, malty & extra rund. Aprikose, Peach und Waldhonigflavours haben leichtes Spiel. Ich schnupper nochmal ☺ .0,2/6€. BREWDOG BAR BERLIN. FAT.

Svesse (8577) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2017
(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2017) Red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, sour fruit, beetroot and red berries. Malty, hoppy taste with red fruit, pink grapefruit, beetroot, orange peel and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fairly vegetal and quite odd, but fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Davros (3132) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - FEB 24, 2017
Pours reddish/purple, small head. Nose shows sweet malt, peach, pear, soft booze and a light earthy note. Flavours include bready malt, more of an earthy beetroot note, soft booze and fruit confectionery.

Tap at BeerTemple, 16th February 17. Pours a reddish purple. Aroma is bitter, some vegetable maybe. Taste is weird, beet I guess, well integrated vegetable and hops. Its not my thing

Bottle split at CBC Islo, thanks to (Name Withheld), 07/07/16. Reddish purple with a crimson cap. Nose is raspberry, red berry skins, straw, light bread notes, touch of funk. Taste comprises berry fruit compote, spice, fruit cake, straw, blackberries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid for style.

On tap at Armakeggon 2016. The beetroot colour is striking but the mild flavour it gives is pretty cool.

Leighton (21083) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2016
Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co. Islington - London. Many thanks to Fergie for this treat. Lovely appearance: pours clear purple with a frothy, pink head. Muted aroma, faintly funky, with notes of berries. Light to medium sweet flavour with some bread, creamy malts, impressions of berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with more bread. Eh, not much to it, really. But it’s drinkable enough.

The_Osprey (7881) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 18, 2016
July 2016 - Bottle share at Craft Beer Co Islington as ’Yeastie Boys Her Majesty 2015’. Many thanks to Fergus for this. Vibrant beetroot reddy purple, hazy, hot pink head. Aroma is black forest gateau, raspberry, pine. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is earthy, chalky, some tangy fruits, dry finish. Overall, an interesting mix. Flavour doesn’t follow from aroma that much. (3.4)
