COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The second of two results from a Yeastie Boys’ shareholder blending sessions in September 2016. We’ve blended a fresh young dark ale with a combination of wine barrel-aged vintage ales (three year old wild PKB and two-year old Cherry Ghost).

Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit, light chocolate, anis seed notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, spicy - ala anis seed, dark fruit, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170818]

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Red-brown to brown color, full sized rough, rocky, beige head that lasts for a long time. Smell and taste malts, a bit earthy, brown malts, burnt malts slightly in the background, slight tart, quite dry. Average to decent body and carbonation. Meh.

A clear reddish brown beer with a huge good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, chocolate, some red fruits. Taste of sweet chocolate, dark mild roasted malt, toffee, some liquorice, nice!
