Best offering from this brewery to date. Thick on tongue. Very tropical in nature. Lots of pineapple and mango. Some booze. Thin fading head. Aroma has some hop and tropical notes. Very enjoyable and clean.

Pours a clear gold with a pillowy, yet thin white head, that dissipated quickly leaving behind sticky lacing. Fruit nose....pineapple, mango, peach...juicy. No hop aroma to speak of. Body is medium-thin. Flavor is more of the nose. Tropical fruit, citrus, earthy hop tones on the mid-palate, and fresh grass. Unlike other Doubles I’ve had. Finishes with earthy hop notes and sweetness. Not much in the way of the lingering hop resins I enjoy. Overall its so-so. Honestly, it tastes more like a hoppy white zinfandel or chardonnay, maybe even a golden IPA, but not a double. Its drinkable and decently enjoyable.

Appearance is a light gold, lighter than I expected. Nose is beautiful citrus hips with fruit notes. Taste is resin-y and hoppy. Hints of mango. Aftertaste lingers and mouthfeel is chewy. Quite good. Much better than most Yee-Haw beers.

Clear dark yellow with a tall, dense, white head.
Aroma of grapefruit and lemon, a bit of pineapple.
This starts with a pineapple sweetness that quickly becomes bitter. Lots of fruity hop flavors here. A bi, bright juicy IIPA.
Yellow with watery white head. Aroma is large resiny hops and bready malt. Flavor is semi sweet malt floral notes and slight warming. Medium body with a solid resiny bitter. Bready and slight abv at the end. easy sipper BadAprilia1000 (435) - Sevierville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 16, 2017
Pours a very clear golden color with a good lively white head. Aroma is biscuit malt, pineapple, resin, hoppy, floral, bitter. Taste is pineapple again, citrus, resin and hops all up front, then a wonderful transition to a very smooth biscuit malt note to the finish. Extremely palatable, no way I would believe it is 8.5%. Very clean, very good beer, straight forward IPA. Suttree (6521) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 31, 2016
On tap @ Tomato Head West. Clear copper, with some thin but dense foam. Smells like caramel and toffee, with fresh cut pine and a hint of oak. Taste is caramel at first, then a bit fruity. Piney, resiny dry finish.
