Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized white head that dissipates quickly, light lacing. Aroma of wheat, oranges and lemon. Flavor is sweet grains, oranges and citrus zest

Yellow beer with a disappearing white head. Yeasty nose with some hop notes. Flavors of lemon rind, tart fruit, sour dough and a yeasty spice in the finish. Easy saison.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark golden color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was tart with citrus and golden fruits. The flavor was tart, tangy and moderately sweet with notes of table sugar, tropical fruit and golden fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body and smooth. Solid.

Medium taste with slightly bitter wheat and berries. Balanced. Wide taste spectrum and short/medium aftertaste with wheat. Medium/light body with medium carbonation. Overall, nicely tasteful and with no excessive amount of bitterness or yeast.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/09/2015. Clear gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, grassy hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, citrus and malt. The finish is fruity with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
