COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not your typical American wheat. This beer opens with a zesty citrus hop aroma. The doughy wheat rounds out the earthy and citrus/resin hops creating a clean bright finish.

Hazy yellow out of the tap with a sticky white head. Faint grainy nose with some lemon. Eat drinking beer with a light wheat body and a dry lemon finish. Nice beer with dinner.

Draft to taster at BC’s Bottle Lodge. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have doughy malts, bread, wheat, grass, citrus, fairly mild overall and just not something I see myself drinking again.

Sample at Jackie O’s as part of Ohio Brew Week. The beer pours a clear yellow color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, wheat and mild hops. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, grassy hops and wheat. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
