Black hue with thick light beige head. Medium roasty black malty nose with a dryish backbone. Smooth yet full flavor that’s dark and roasty and earthy with a kiss of licorice and light tempered and balancing bitterness. Standard earthy roasty dry and somewhat bitter finish. Kinda just plain.

Just got home and cracked this cold beauty. Admittedly, though, after a two-hour commute because of bad weather, Milwaukee's Best might also taste like salvation. Luckily, having drunk this many a time, I also know it is a well-crafted beer.
Pours an opaque black with a tan head. There is a lot of chocolate and coffee flavors in here, along with roasted malt. Chocolate comes first, then coffee, and finishes with malt. Tokyo Black is a little bitter, but not exceptionally so.
