omhper (25541) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 6, 2002
Sampled cask conditioned. Amber coloured. Flowery aroma. Light bodied, cleadn, dry and slightly salty. Quite bitter finish. A tasty uncomplicated bitter.

harrisoni (19159) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 7, 2007
Cask gravity at Kingston BF 2007. Copper colour with lasting beige head. Citrusy bitter. Slightly creamy in mouth. Hop on finish is reasonably harsh. I like the York beers, but this is only slightly better than ordinary. Earthy strongish hop lifts it.

FatPhil (16893) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 24, 2007
Cask (Blowing Stone Inn, Oxfordshire) Fairly dull malty bitter. Bit of both sides malt/bitter, but neither is exciting.

imdownthepub (15129) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2003
Cask Conditioned at The Last Drop Inn, York. Mid brown to red in colour, easy drinking boys bitter but with a chunky solid flavour. Good balance with sweet malt and dry tangy hops.

Rune (13352) - Tromsø, NORWAY - DEC 11, 2008
Half pint cask, served by air pressure dispense at The Bow Bar. The body colour is copper-golden. Lacing head. Weak smell of citric fruits. Light taste of leafy hops throughout. Short bitter tail. Watery in the mouth [Edinburgh, 26.10.2008].

bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - OCT 5, 2003
(Cask Conditioned at the Three Legged Mare, York, England) This golden colored bitter poured with medium head. Descent tasting bitter with citrus, hoppy highlights.

leaparsons (10696) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - OCT 5, 2006
Cask, Jersey Fest 06. Amber with a bubbly off-white foam. Aromas are light malts with custard. Fresh, zesty and fruity. Flavours are biscuit malts with zesty lemon and earthy hops. Light toffee with sweet pine hops. Very tasty for its strength.

DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 5, 2006
Cask Stillage at St Phillips Social Club, Sheffield 04/10/2003 Amber golden coloured with some wheat and fruit aromas. Slightly dry malt finish.

maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - MAY 1, 2004
Cask conditioned - no sparkler Malt Shovel Northampton BF. A mid brown beer with little aroma. The taste is slightly hoppy with lemon notes. A bit uninspiring.

Finn (7916) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 30, 2006
Cask at Last Drop Inn York 3 May 06. Golden colour. Citrus dominating the aroma. A bit unbalanced. Not the best beer from an otherwise good brewery.
