prawlie (1648) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 13, 2017
Bottle. A fair bitter, but one that is lacking flair or noteable hop fruitiness. There are some there but its subtle. Nice biscuity malt base and very dry finish.

Bottle. Amber in colour. Malty; caramel, biscuity malts. Fruity; light citrus. Hoppy; spicy piney hops. Quite/mildly bitter throughout. Dry bitter hoppy finish. Not bad at all. Very drinkable. (2008)

Pours pale golden. Very little head. Aroma has treacle, honey, and a bit of spice. Medium body; dry, metallic finish. Sort of unsatisfying.
