Bottle conditioned. Pours brilliant orange gold with a tight ruff of suds. Attractive Sauvignon-hinting nose awash with white grape, satsuma and pineapple chunks. Bright hoppy taste wafting with satsuma and Fruit Salad chew. Soft condition, grapefruit finish rounded with husky malt. Well-brewed, well-bottled little beast nibbling with bitterness.

Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Fest ’11. Deep gold with white head. Nicely balanced dry, leafy bitter, a deepish malt note and flowery hops. There is just a boiled veg note that lowers the mark, but still pretty drinkable.
