Hand-pump @ union hotel. Pours near clear amber orange with resilient light off white head and excellent specked lace. Light herbs, floral notes, grains, light caramel, vanilla and toast. Light med body, low carbonation. Finish is light balanced sweet and touch grainy and bitter. Satisfying well done beer.

Dark orange. Sweet malt aroma. Mix of bitter taste and caramel malts. Sweetness overpowers bitter a little. Still quite enjoyable.

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2017 Can. Deep amber, with solid off white head. Big biscuit and bread malt aromas, with slight lemon blossom backing. Predominantly biscuit malt, hints of caramel and moderately bitter, earthy hop finish. Slightly over-carbonated which obviously detracts with this style.

Caramel malt aroma with a touch of citrus. Again a strong malty backbone in the flavour with slightly fruity/citrusy hop flavours. Mild bitterness and medium carbonation.

375ml can from DMs. Clear bronzed colour, decent off-white head that retains a firm surface film. Aroma has mainly caramel malts with some citrusy and earthy hops on top. Taste is medium sweet malts with a mild-moderate fruity dry hop bitterness. Palate is smooth, softly carbonated and light-medium bodied. Its true to style being an English style sessionable bitter, reminding me of a less sweet and thinner My Wifes Bitter from Burleigh Brewing.
